CUB is a community of passionate and ambitious entrepreneurs and business owners. CUB is also a group of leadership communities and networking services to enable Australian entrepreneurs the ability to build real relationships with fellow leaders. StepInsight has developed the CUB App, giving members access to exclusive social media content and enabling entrepreneurs to access the network and build their personal business community, participate to events and leverage their network.
The Approach
Community Engagement Features
A news feed and chat functionality enabled real-time interaction among the 2,000 members, fostering a sense of community and collaboration across multiple cities. This engagement tool encouraged networking and collaboration among business owners.
Integrated Event and Membership Management
The platform allowed users to easily organize and manage events, with over 4,000 events created so far. Memberships were managed directly through the platform, ensuring a streamlined experience for both users and administrators.
Scalability and Adaptability
CUB App was built to be scalable, allowing easy expansion into new cities. As the business grows, the system can seamlessly integrate new members and locations without disrupting existing operations. Currently, the platform operates across 3 cities in Australia and continues to expand
System Integrations
The platform seamlessly integrated with Hubspot and Stripe, making it easier to manage data and transactions in one place. Additionally, all events were synchronised with members’ calendars, allowing them to edit attendance directly via their calendar apps without needing to go through the platform.
